Competing in Italy!

Among the Americans in the competition, I scored 3rd. In the entire competition, I was 37th. Given that I was missing two toppings, it was an overwhelming success. If they let me do it again an hour later, I believe top 10 was possible for mistakes were made.. But look at this structure. Best I’ve ever achieved and it was made with supermarket flour- right off the shelf.
